Overview & History
Part of the TT Series, the New Holland TT75 was built from 2002 until 2008 in India. Although it looks more modest now compared to the newer tractors, this tractor was advertised as a world-class machine when it first came out.
The TT75 is available in two- and four-wheel drive. It was fitted with an Iveco 3.9-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine, which can produce 74.9 hp at the rated 2500 RPM. This engine also has a torque of 178.7 lb-ft at 1500 RPM. Adding to these features its fuel capacity of 88.9 litres, the tractor shows decent power while maintaining fuel efficiency.
This tractor comes in a two-post ROPS cabin, a standard structure to protect operators in case the tractor overturns. Meanwhile, its constant mesh transmission system features 8 forward and 2 reverse gears.
As for hydraulics, the TT75’s open-center hydraulics system produces a pump flow of 32.6 litres per minute. When adding the steering flow, total flow amounts to 59 litres per minute, contributing to the TT75’s efficiency.
Other features of the TT75 are its spur gear final drives, power steering, and wet disc brakes. It also has a front-end loader attached. Its rear lift capacity is at 2,155 kg. It is 238 cm tall, weighs 2,481 kg, and maintains a wheelbase of 218 cm for two-wheel drive and 215 cm for four-wheel drive. This tractor can fit tyres sized 7.50-16 (2WD) and 11.2-24 (4WD) in the front and 16.9-30 in the rear.
Operators looking for a tractor that will last them a long time would find that in the New Holland TT75. Many farmers who own this model have used theirs for over 4,000 hours and are still happy with them. However, some say that the wheels at the rear tend to be light and may slip on loose soil.
